Vitamin C is found mostly in all vegetables and fruits. So you don’t need to take extra efforts, just grab some veggies. But its not stored in the body so you need supply vitamin C time to time.

Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant and protects the skin from UV radiation and effects of sun exposure. It also helps to reduce sunburns. Vit C is required in the production of collagen which firms and tones the skin. If used on a regular basis, it can reverse the wrinkles and ageing signs to a great extent. Helps to even out the skin tone, lightens dark spots, age spots and improves skin texture. Vit C retains moisture, increases the skin circulation and plumps up the skin too.
